The best Christmas Party Ever
By The Sea and M-A-D decided to have a traditional Christmas celebration – wintery cold with roast and warm pudding – an extreme contrast to the typically hot Aussie Christmas. So M-A-D created a trip to a Winter Wonderland. Far removed from the beating sun and fierce temperatures, cool climate was arranged to allow guests to enjoy a ‘traditional’ White Christmas. The mission required finding a unique and unforgettable venue, where snow and reindeers can take the guests’ breath away, not to mention the temperature.
As they emerged from the comfort of their air-conditioned cars into the tropical heat, canapés and a glass of wine awaited guests excited about what was waiting for them inside the venue. Guided through a tunnel the participants quickly understood why it was so important to bring gloves and a coat. The dining room was decorated with party lights, Christmas trees and a lot of “snow”. The guests had entered a beautiful White Christmas! A traditional Christmas feast was served: pumpkin soup, salmon, roasted pork…. and sticky date pudding to top everything off! After dinner, the karaoke machine transformed patrons into carolers and rock stars. The microphones did not get a rest as live entertainment went all night long!
What a great Christmas! We are looking forward to repeat this experience next year again!!
